The original JC's Burger House Opened in 1999 in Plano, TX and is named after the founder - Jay Cockerell ("JC") as he was determined to create a "real" old fashioned burger. As word caught on, folks started coming back for more of those burgers. JC's was primed for growth and in 2003 Allen became the second location.

Since then, JC's has grown by licensing select partners to own and operate individually owned JC's Burger locations, most of whom are avid longtime customers.

To date, JC's Burger has grown to a family of FOUR.
